A maniac named Art the Clown terrorizes his two friends and everyone on Halloween
David Howard Thornton is the sixth person to audition for Art The Clown since Mike Giannelli retired from the role and acting. During the interrogation, he began to taste the blood of his decapitated victim, but added salt to enhance the taste. In the shot where Tara is taped up, the tape obviously has nothing to do with her bottom mouth, while in other shots it wraps around both of her lips.

YouTube has a heavily edited version that removes violence and gore, as well as nudity. Terrifier 2 (2022). The overrated "Terror" a hopeful and funny thriller in which an alcoholic Don plays the fool and the clown accepts the foolishness.
My vote is four
Up until the moment when Tara and Dawn are kidnapped, the movie works quite well. However, as Victoria drives to pick up her sister and Dawn, she hears that a serial killer is in the area. But despite being aware of the dangerous situation, he embarks on a series of very silly and cheesy attitudes that lead to a terrifying conclusion.
